Get Out of the Kitchen and Join Your Party!

With the current climate and season, we may not be hosting anything soon. So now is the perfect time to learn and practice this skill.

By the end of this course, you will have:

1. Learned how to strategically plan out and space your tasks when preparing for a party or gathering, so that your actual life (work, kids, fur babies) does not get put on hold.

2. Received fill in the blank checklists and worksheets that you can use over and over again so that the “thinking” through all scenarios is taken out of the equation. Aint’ no body got time for that.

3. Created thoughtful menu’s that cover all of your friends diets so that you don’t have to worry if every guest will have something to eat.

4. Learned to prepare so well before your party, that you actually have time to take a shower, put on makeup and look like you didn’t slave away in the kitchen all day.

5. Expanded your hosting skill set and finally conquered creating a gorgeous tablescape AND a delicious meal to go with it.

6. The confidence to begin tackling more advanced dinner parties and recipes because you’ve finally got the basics down like the back of your hand.

What’s Inside “Get Out of the Kitchen and Join Your Party”: Menu Planning 101

The course is broken down into 3 modules with live trainings for each module and a workbook to help you work through the course.

Module 1

In module one we will cover the basics - what you need to do before you can start planning that perfect menu and prepping for your party. You will learn how to brainstorm your main party goals and details, choose a meal type based on your party, and choose the best way to serve your food. We will also dive into the low down on allergies and diets.

Module 2

Time for the juicy stuff! In module two, we will get into the nitty gritty details of menu planning. You will see how caterers create menus and plan the right amount of food based on specific formulas and guidelines.

Module 3

The most important and often overlooked part of planning a menu is figuring out the plan. You can create a beautiful and creative menu, but actually getting it onto the table is tough! In module three, you will learn how to delegate tasks throughout the week of the party, create a killer prep plan for the night before, and map out the day of the party in a realistic way. Basically, you will learn how to get everything done (and NOT two hours before the party).

To Recap, you will receive…

  • A comprehensive workbook that guides you through the entire course. This workbook shows you literally EVERYTHING you need to plan and prep party menu’s successfully and without the stress.

  • 3 LIVE training videos covering each module. You get the raw insider version of the trainings that I recorded live with the first round of students with live Q&A’s and off-script advice.

  • A separate worksheet bundle that includes printable fill in the blank worksheets targeted for specific areas of menu planning, taking the thinking completely out of it. Follow the worksheets each time you entertain and you will have a perfectly organized plan and curated menu.

  • You will immediately be given access to the entire course and course materials upon purchase, so that you can start learning as soon as you want! You can go through the entire course in one day (each module is about 45 minutes), or you can break it up in a way that works for your schedule. I wanted to give you the entire course in one, so that you can make it work on your terms.

You don’t have a deadline either, so it won’t feel like another “to-do” on your never ending list. That is why I give you the entire course upfront and I made sure that it wasn’t overwhelming. I know your time is precious and you are probably juggling many hats. This course can be done on your own terms as fast or as slow as you want.

By the time the Pandemic is over, the weather gets nicer, or you just decide to have a dinner party - you will be ready to show off your new menu skills! And trust me your friends and family will thank you for it.

Plus this off-season offer is less than ordering one round of carryout for a group of people. Overall, learning these skills is going to save you money for your future parties. Instead of outsourcing the food which is typically the most expensive part of an event, you can take control of the cost by choosing what to make and how much to spend. You won’t be at the mercy of restaurant or catering prices.
