Wedding coordination for the couple who has planned nearly all of the wedding and needs someone to help organize the final details plus see the big day through.
I offer a unique wedding coordination package that includes unlimited email correspondence once booked, a two month grace period for final planning, the venue walk through, running your rehearsal, and of course managing your big day.
What’s Included
a custom event itinerary
A.K.A my event bible. This custom made document includes everything about your wedding from vendor contacts to decor details to table 5 needing a bag of gummy bears.
a final walk-through
About a month before your wedding, your venue will likely want you to do a final walk through, which I will run and take notes.
month of vendor coordination
The month leading up to the wedding I will contact all of your vendors, introduce myself, and become the main point of contact to alleviate some of your to-do’s. You got enough goin’ on at this point.
3 planning meetings
Over the course of about two planning months, we will schedule 3 planning meetings to work through the details and your questions. Two weeks before the wedding, we will hop on the final call to go through the entire event itinerary so that no detail is missed. At this point, the day is solidified and you can relax!
rehearsal
I will attend and run your rehearsal whether that is at your venue, at a restaurant, or in your backyard. Give me 30 minutes and everyone will know what they need to do.
Managing the big day
Let’s get ya down the aisle and get those photos taken, so we can get ya a drink and onto the dance floor. Then I’ll make sure the venue is cleaned up, your gifts and decor are packed away, and that one friend made it back on the bus.
